That's me, last year, after finishing a painful 5km with a strained IT Band. And I'd do it again if it meant helping PMHF stamp out prostate cancer.

I'm lucky to be able to say that my father is a prostate cancer survivor. After seeing his battle, prostate cancer research is a cause that I feel very strongly about, I even supported the handsome men in my life as they went through the itchy month of Movember!

So now, it's my turn to do something to raise money and while I can't grow a mustache, I can lace up my runners and hit the pavement. Come run with me, or, if that's not your thing, help me make a difference by making a donation to the cause.
