On Sunday, October 18, 2009 at 8:00 AM SHARP, Team Concetta will go the extra mile for the “5K Your Way” in support of the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
Who are we?
Team Concetta is a dedicated group of individuals who raise funds for the Cervical Cancer Preventative Study at The Princess Margaret Hospital which was set up through the Giovanni and Concetta Guglietti Family Foundation.
The membership to join Team Concetta is presently closed. All existing members should contact Anita Shenoy at ashenoy@melroseinvestments.com for any registration or race day questions/concerns.
Why we do it and why you should DONATE to our cause?
Our Team Captain, Silvio Guglietti, along with his brothers and father realize that Cancer has affected not only their family, but your family as well. In this day in age, the grim reality is that everyone knows someone who has survived or lost their battle with this devastating disease.
Together, we can raise money to protect a generation of future women and girls from Cervical Cancer and with every dollar that is raised, you can honour your family member.

What is our fundraising goal?
Our fundraising goal is $50,000. We are asking our existing team members to raise a minimum of $150.00 to ensure that the money benefits the Cervical Cancer Preventative Study DIRECTLY but, please don’t stop there! There are a lot of expenses associated with this run and we really need every team member to fundraise as much as they can for this worthwhile cause.
How do I donate?
A donation can be made in one of three (3) ways:
ONLINE: Click on a team member at the side of this webpage (www.teamconcetta.ca) and donate online (beneath the headline that reads “Sponsor Me”) via credit card.
MAIL US A CHEQUE: Make all cheques payable to “PMHF” and write “Team Concetta” in the memo line. All cheques can be mailed via regular mail directly to Team Captain, Silvio Guglietti c/o Melrose Investments Inc., 145 Reynolds Street, Oakville, ON L6J 0A7.
