Team Myeloma Canada will be comprised of a handful of individuals who have been affected by multiple myeloma and have chosen to make a difference by becoming involved with the hard work of
Myeloma Canada. Whether it be through educational resources, personal support, increasing awareness, improving access to new treatment options, or supporting innovative research,
Myeloma Canada is dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians affected by multiple myeloma.
The team will feature actress Lisa Ray, who was recently diagnosed with myeloma and has become strongly involved in the fight alongside
Myeloma Canada. Also joining the run will be Shane Saunderson, who just completed his
Prairie Pedal, cycling 3600km from Calgary to Toronto to raise funds and awareness for the organization.
Working together, the team hopes to help the
Princess Margaret Hospital in the
5K Your Way Walk/Run and continue to support the multiple myeloma community across the country. If you want to help make a difference, join
