HOW TO PARTICIPATE
First, you need to register your team (and pick a team name). Then you have to pony-up the dough.
The registration fee is $300/team if you register by September 30th. In order to guarantee your spot for the tournament, each team must raise a minimum of $1,000.
*ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR*
Each team member is required to raise a minimum of $100 that will directly support your team's fundraising minimum of $1000! If your minimum is not met as an individual or team by event day, a self delayed pledge form will be available to fill in with credit card information and will be charged if minimum is not met by March 30, 2018.

TOP INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISER
TOP FUNDRAISING TEAM
-Fundraising Incentive prize levels will be awarded to those who raise over $500, $1000, $2500
-All participants that have been part of the Taylor Cup for milestones of 5 or 10 years will receive recognition
You can register 4 - 8 players/team and players must be 19 years of age or older.
We are in need of many volunteers to act as pond marshals and scorekeepers. If you have family or friends that would be willing to help out, please let us know at

DINNER & AWARDS
JOIN US FOR DINNER!
The Taylor Cup Pond Hockey Championship is celebrating 12 years and we would like to invite all participants to join us for a special dinner and awards night on Saturday, January 28th. Come and enjoy a delicious buffet dinner in the dining room at Bayview-Wildwood Resort, followed by some fun and entertainment.
Dinner is included for all Taylor Cup participants. You will receive a ticket at registration and this will need to be presented at dinner.
Tickets will be available for purchase at Registration on Friday, January 26th.
Fundraising awards and incentives will be announced so we hope to see you all there!
